Can someone please assist me in finding out why sony has not yet sent my 15% refund on the new TV I purchased. Its been about three months and I have not heard a word.
I sent all proper paper work to the email given and still have not heard a pep. I tried emailing and calling sony and still got nothing. Can someone please look into my case. My reference number should have all the details.
